Areas
The MX-5 Owners Club is organised by Areas across the country. One of it's greatest strengths is the network of Area Co-ordinators who organise local meetings, runs, track days, social gatherings and other events. The Areas publish a monthly newsletter for local members, and there are Area websites that provide up-to-date information on forthcoming local, national and international events and feature reports on past get-togethers.

What happens when you take over 130 likeminded people & their partners, living in the North East of England with a common interest in one of the most popular two seater sports cars in the world? You get the Tyne Tees MX-5 Club. We have members from Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham, Darlington, Hartlepool, Sunderland, Askrigg, Leyburn and Cleveland among our membership. We have regular club drives to all areas of the region averaging one a month but if the weather is good we’ll have an impromptu drive to a local beauty spot or a trip to the seaside. We have monthly evening socials where we meet up for a chat in one of three local pubs. Weekends away to various parts of the country are always popular and we have especially close ties with Scotland where we are always welcomed by the members from the Central Scotland MX-5 Club. Our annual Rounders Grudge Match at Holy Island with Central Scotland’s MX-5 club is very popular and is always great fun. Some of our most popular events the annual Hallo
