Booked the camping today (having started yesterday) - what a rigmarole 
Took two phone calls and two e-mails to achieve what could have been done with a simple phone call.
Apparently they don't accept phone bookings, so they e-mail the booking form which you have to e-mail or fax back, followed by a phone call to give them your credit card details.
They also charge for the Sunday night whether you stay or not.
This camp-site had better be good
