 Following the success of last months drive to join the North East Midlands Area at their informal meeting and the very warm welcome we received at The Clockwarehouse at Shardlow, we have decided to return once more for a drink and a chat.
For anyone wanting to join us in convoy, driving through lovely scenic countryside, we will be leaving The Bowling Green pub at Lichfield at 7.15pm. The route we intend to use is travelling up the A515 out of Lichfield, through Kings Bromley and Yoxhall, then taking the B5234 and heading towards Anslow. We will then travel via the following villages. Rolleston, Marston on Dove (if we can find it this time), Hilton, Willington, Weston on Trent, Aston upon Trent and arriving at Shardlow at approx 8.15pm. Anyone intending to join us en route, please let us know as soon as possible and we shall look out for you. If you wish to travel direct to the venue, the address is :-

 I'm going to pass I'm afraid. Mark still isn't too good even though he's been to work, and I'd feel guilty if I went out and left him again!!

Never mind, you both missed another nice evening. We shall do it again next month, now we have got the route mastered without missing any of the villages thanks to my navigator- Linda. 

 its a good job I didn't come - I was asleep by 8.30! wouldn't of been very good company!
