They do ask for any special diet requirements and I have a nut allergy and went last year and they catered for this very well.

I can't check until Tuesday for sure but if you want to reserve a place on the basis that they can then please let me know as the bookings are closing tomorrow

Hello there to all Santa's little helpers,

To get the best deal we can we need to collect funds and pay Delia before the 01-10-2010, after that we will miss the group booking window.

We propose to collect payment in cash at either the National Rally or this months Norfolk Meet, failing that the only other option is Paypal ( E-mail me for the Paypal details)

I am now in the process of compiling a "Party Night" E-mail distribution list to keep everybody up to date with the festivities planned, if you haven't received anything from me and you are booked in and reading this, please send an E-mail to jamie@mx5easternregion.co.uk and I will add you to the distribution list.

I am sure we can squeeze you in at this stage, Payment needs to be made by 1st October and we are collecting payments at the Norfolk meet on 15th September or at the National Rally on 19th September, alternatively you can email Jamie for paypal details.

I have received an email from Premier Inn offering rooms at £29.00 and giving me two weeks advance notice before it goes live but when I checked, the best deal was £72.00 so this makes the Holiday Inn a better deal at the moment.

We did a room search for the area on the date and there are some cheaper hotels around but by the time you have paid a taxi there is no difference. I will update if I have any more info.

Travelodge Riverside Norwich have rooms for £25.00 but you will need to be quick.

This according to google maps is 0.7 miles from the venue and by foot would take 15 mins.
