Area: Date - Location
Examples (any are sufficient):
NEM: 12 Nov 09 - Sudbury Hall Run
Oxford: 12/11/09 - Fish and Chip Run
North West Midlands: 12/11/09 - Cakes by the Lakes
Then please lock the thread. Discussions on events should be centered around the area forum. This should solve detail duplication and make things easier for the Moderation team to index/delete after the event has passed.
