    I have been lurking about the site for while now and thought it was time to show off my roadster. (lots of pics to follow to make up for lost time)

    I picked the car up in march and here is how it looked after a quick clean shortly after getting it home.

    Engine bay in need of a serious clean!

    Much better...

    wheels were in need of a refurb which was on the cards, untill i stumbled across a set of wheels locally i couln't say no to.

    Ronal LS 15x7.5 et 24 really happy with them and they are now wrapped in a set of toyo's

    Made a trip to Ak automotive with a mate and ended up buying an mx5parts twin exhaust and decat. Love the sound of it coupled with the stainless manifold and downpipe already on the car!

    and the latest pics i have of the car which brings us up to date...

    As of today the car is coming of the road for the winter and i am hoping to get a few more parts collected over the xmas time such as an oem front lip :)

    apology for all the pictures and cramming 7-8month into one thread lol

    very nice v spec - snap with mine....except love your wheels, still got the daisies on mine. My tan seats have seen better days though!!!

    Spotted them on Pistonheads while looking for an alternative to refurbing my original wheels and decided they would be the better option :)

    so your wheels were they 2nd hand or new?

    Wheels were 280 second hand with rubbish tyres.

     Those rims are nice, and would look a lot better on my Mk 1Stick Tongue Out,lets see what comes out from closed doors after winterWink, as for a front lip, give andy a ring at autolinkThumbs up

    Oem lip has been purchased last week but wont be getting fitted till the car is back on the road after winter.

    Will get some pics up once fitted.

    Now just need to source a roll bar for a good price :)
