    Mk 1 Main Headlights

I have a recurring & odd problem with the barn doors on my 1995 Mk 1 Eunos - when the ambient temperature rises in summer, they rise and switch on even when the switch is off. Most annoying on a warm day at work when I go to the car park and find my headlights on and my battery flat.  This doesn't happen in autumn or winter unless it's an unseasonably warm day. I try to anticipate the problem by removing the headlight fuse in the car park before starting work, but I would like a proper solution.

Sounds like a duff relay to me. Ideally you'd need to get the tester out and see what's live when it happens to see if maybe it's a switch or a short.
