    T.R.Lane rollcage fitted

     Hi Guys

Have just fitted a T.R.Lane Rollcage to my MK2 and I am very impressed with the Quality,Fit and Value for money(the rollcage for a Westfield cost me £1000).I fitted it myself taking my time and it took me 1+1/2 days with a little help from a friend now and then.I managed to borrow a four post lift and small compressed air drill which made the job easier.Well done to Tim for such a good product.

How did you get the feet of the bar around the wires that come up out of the floor on the drivers side next to the tank cover they seem to be fixed rather securly in place and dont seem to allow much play in their movements.  ive losend everything but cant get my roll bar to sit in position due to this big clump of wires

    thanks

    Neal

PS that white really looks sharp

A long bar to persuade the legs bend around various bits of chassis and a pair of pliers to rip the plastic wire holders out, then zip-tie back into place afterwards Big Smile

Bloodied knuckles and copious amounts of swearing also helps, personally I cvlose the gargae door before starting any such work to save the ears of next-doors little one Wink

Hi Imanaged to release enough cable ties to allow me to move cable sufficiently to allow foot in. Then once foot securley in place resecured cable without the blood scraped knucles Pelton suffered.
