Taking out seats

Just to make sure before I get stuck in and something goes off in my face... I've got a mk2.5 sport and need to remove the seats. Are there pretensioners which need to be disabled, or is it literally a case of unbolting the seats and lifting them out?

Depending on which model ,check underneath for any wiring plugs, and just unplug them before unbolting.
