NO DRIVE FROM THE CLOCK - MEET AT THE UNICORN

The pub is at Trentside, Gunthorpe, NG14 7FB. http://www.unicornhotelpub.co.uk/ If you want to eat I suggest arriving from 7.00, just say you're with the MX5 Owners Club as they are setting an area aside for us.They have a full and varied menu for those wishing to eat (I've spotted they do a curry and a drink for £7.95 on a Wednesday e.g.) and I would like to give them an idea of how many to expect. So, could you post on this thread if you would like to join us please, and if you plan on eating or not.

I would love to come as this is so local to me, but unfortunately i will be down Southampton way. (as i tend to be midweek)

 Can you put Mick and self down for that, including eating?  Won't be driving to clock to start, will go straight there.  Anyone else from our neck of the woods going - meet up or start chez nous for coffee/tea first? or just gather?

Hi there,   David & I will make our own way there and if the weather is good will probably make an afternoon of it and eat at the pub.   If weather poor will probably eat at home.   Sorry we can't make the run on Sunday but won't be back from Norfolk in time.

 I hope you wont mind a guest from South Wales, I am working in the area and would like to meet some fellow enthusiasts. The curry offer looks good so I will like to eat as well.

Mick and Puff and me were down your way last weekend - staying at Ewenni.  Had a day on the Gower and a day around the coast just down from Ewenni at Southerndown.  had a great time, apart from Puff playing up a bit, but throughly enjoyed ourselves.  Look forward to meeting you on the night!
