 Hi ,

I have just bought a roadster and I cannot see the fog light.

The rear fog light on my UK MX5 was below the rear bumper. I can't seem to see it on the Eunos.

Also on the left next to the steering wheel there are 3 blank switches, but below this there is a small switch, does anybody have any idea what this does!

 A Eunos wont have a rear fog lamp unless it`s been added. Have you checked to see if the reverse light or centre brake light have been converted to a fog lamp? That may be what the switch is for. The reverse light conversion is the most popular & looks much better than a big ugly bolt on lamp.

Turn the lights on, switch on the mystery switch, walk round to the back of the car and see if there's a fog light on.  Some cars have the r/h reverse light wired as the foglight, and some have the centre brake light.

Maybe your offside reversing light has been converted to rear fog, quite a common mod. Mine's been done like this.

Also I would suggest that the switch you have found is for this. Have a look at the offside reversing light, it will probably have a red film on it. If it doesn't it could still have been converted by using a red bulb.

Try switching the switch under the dashboard, with the lights on (should only need to be on side lights). Does the switch illuminate? Chech the reversing light, is it lit?

 Thanks, tried the swtich the light on the boot lid appears to be the fog light!
