Just logged on to check for any messages re todays run and seen your post. John and Janice are organising the drive and I will speak to him later about starting the thread with basic info. It's always a popular run and I've had queries from others too this week, so watch this space!

We are going to get damp around the ears today - this run seems jinxed as it was cancelled last time due to snow! Hey ho, company will be good!

As I write this, I hope you aren't all getting wet on the run out and pub lunch! No archery for me today - too wet. (It wouldn't have bothered them at Agincourt, but then I don't have the French cavalry heading towards me. Did anyone see Decisive Weapons on the box last night? It was about the long bow.) Saw on the forum about the annual fish and chip run at the end of the month but couldn't see a thread posted, so thought I would start my own.

Are there any details yet about this run? Interested in coming. We both have a long weekend booked off but probably not going away so could be up for a day out, especially if it involves food and/or beer.

See you all at Cossington if not before. Hopefully Puff ready by then.

L, M and P
