Hi all, new to the MX 5 secene only owned my mk1 1.8 for a week now but it seems fun but a shock coming from a Subaru Impreza.

So some info on the car, I wanted soemthing cheap and fun that I could do the shopping in and the MX 5 fit the bill (well sort of not sure about the shopping yet) so I looked on the bay of E and went and viewed a really ropey one with no MOT and 1 months tax which had been sittng for 6 months every pannel is a different colour and the rust was thrown in free of chanrge but with cash burning a hole in my my heart won and my head lost and was driving home in a mazda, we not home but straight to the MOT centre where the car spent all last week as it needed a plate welded onto the sill apart from that the car seems pretty solid, it needs a good service and a few body parts to tidy it then me and a couple of mates will be giving it a respary and it should then be a tidy motor thou not as cheap as was originally intended. the idea was to buy the battered car and just use it but after about ten mins of ownership I was buying bits so i must like it.

right thats my little story, my cards behind the virtual bar so what you all having?
