I bought a Laguna splitter off e-bay, knowing that it had been cut in half.
This is how it looks when fitted; using the existing bends of the splitter, so there was very little forcing it to fit. The excess material was cut out from the middle, equally off both halves. This method of fitting does bring the air vents inboard a little more.
This splitter is very flexible and has taken several scrapes already without causing any problem. As a testament to how flexible these parts are, the splitter was delivered by post and the postman managed to push it through the letter box without any problem.
