Tickets have arrived for our Christmas do.

I will distribute the tickets at the next meeting on 17th December, if you can't make it and would like them posted then please drop me an email with your address and I will get them in the post.

I need to advise Delia's on the following allergies, If any one has these can you please let Jamie or myself know so that we can advise.

Food Allergies and Medical or Cultural Requirements

Nut Allergy
Coeliac

Lactose Intolerant

I have re-listed the Menu below and as you can see Starter and Desert can be chosen on the night but if you would like the Vegetarian option then this must be ordered in advance, so please again let Jamie or myself know.

Traditional Christmas Menu

Drinks on Arrival

Fenland Celery Soup (v)
with Stilton and Croutons

or

Coarse Pork Terrine
with Thyme, Juniper and Armagnac
served with Christmas Chutney

Guests can choose on the night

Roulade of Norfolk Turkey
with Pork, Sage and Onion Stuffing
wrapped in Smoked Bacon,
with Fresh Cranberry and Orange Relish,
Traditional Bread Sauce
Crisp Roast Potatoes,
Local Brussels Sprouts and Carrots,
Baked Norfolk Parsnips

Cheese and Parsnip Roulade (v)
with Sage and Onion Stuffing

Please note Vegetarian option must be pre-ordered

Delia’s Traditional Christmas Pudding with Hot Rum Sauce

Pannetone and Marsala Trifle

Guests can choose on the night

Cheers Kevin, we will book a Taxi so accommodation not needed.

Surname by he way is Cooke not that we will be doing any of that on the evening. Smile

This event is now the official ER Christmas Party night and luckily Kev has managed to secure another 18 places, however, these will be going quick and will need to be booked by the end of August, so names down now guys!

Well i'm not the kind to kiss and tell, but i've been seen in a mk2......

HOTEL DETAILS

I have spoken to the HOLIDAY INN which is next door to the ground and they have agreed a special rate for party goers.

The best rate I could find on the Internet was £84.95 and they have offered us a rate of £70.00 per room BED & BREAKFAST.

IF you would like a room please book this directly with the HOTEL on 0870 890 1000 quoting ‘NCFC Party Night’ with Hayley or Jessica in reservations.

I will also be trying the Premier Inn on Prince of Wales Road as they had an offer on last year for £29.00 per room. I have looked on line but this deal isn't available yet.

Will keep you posted.

As we have already surpassed last years total number of attendees to the Eastern Region Bash I suspect this looks to be very popular so get your names in down quick!
