    Devil's may be in the detail here.

    There were special editions (UK "enhanced" pre-reg ). I think the Berkley was typical. Prepared to be corrected.

    Didn't the Le Mans 24 specials come into the country as standard cars in Classic Red before they were turboed, painted and otherwise turned into an iconic motor by the Brits down south?

     All the uk special editions were brought in as standard cars then given a makeover by the then importer.

    I have a Black MK1 Classic 1.8 - Now from what i've read about the internet, I found out theres only 400 about in the UK ?(worldwide?)

    mines an R- reg how do I go about finding which number of the 400 it is and also its original manufacture date?

     Hi

     I have a 1993 black 1.6SE  How many 1.6 SE cars have you on your list? as I think there was only 350 made over 1992 and 1993 and it would be nice to know how many people are out there with one
