 Pouring with rain so I decided to fit a bit of bling to my Sports Tech. Fitted chrome style bars  ( Mazdas own, not your stick on jobies ) simple to fit. Also added some chrome surrounds to my door mirrors, easy to fit they just snap on.

Ran her over to Michael Cleverly to get her checked over ready for the run down to the Spring Rally in a couple of weeks. All good news .... nothing likely to break while we're away (fingers-crossed) and Michal gave a few hints and tips of things to put on the list to do before the next MOT (new rubber boots!). He has said he can do a full Waxoyl for £60 - must get that done during the summer. 

Got it through it's MOT today. That is one year of ownership, nothing went wrong, nothing fell off, nothing needed to (but not to say that I didn't anyway!) be spent on it. Lots and lots of smiles. That is one good year of motoring

today finally got around to re-trimming the driver's seat from the car i'm doing at the moment....

all finished.......not much to do to the rest of the car just need the weather to be a little better as i've just got the cam-belt/water and the clutch to change....oh and the hood....

 Ordered some more bling.

Got the electric windows working faster, fitted the front number plate plinth.

Finally found the drain holes, many thanks to this forum, and fished out some black gunk then swilled with warm water down a bit of fish tank hose and a funnel. Spent the next journey in this awful rain trying to see the water when it drains past the hood  wasn't driving so got to get my kicks somehow!!

Whereabouts is he? I'd like to get that done too and that's a good price.

Today I've just driven to work and back but last weekend I stripped down and relubricated my electric windows and installed some new headrest speakers. Both very successful thanks to various guides.

 Sorry,It was the cost of  a cambelt kit & waterpump, with associated oil seals changed, that somebody asked me. I meant to answer by a pm, but I am bl***y useless on a computer.

added some more bling, stoped a small water leak around the aerial base.

Took the hardtop off, fitted some chrome covers on the door handles tomorrow off to St Agnes for the week hopefully the roof might get down here and there

 Changed side repeaters to clear with chrome surround and added chrome surrounds to front fog lights.

Not cheap at £53 but well worth it I think!  It's getting a clean tomorrow before anyone comments....!

 Very nice. What is that Blue colour of your 5 called. If it had been available, I would have chosen it. Stormy blue, was too dark for me. Nice mods, do you not fancy fitting the chrome mirror surrounds ?

Received my new air filter earlier this week and my son and i fitted this aft, sounds a good bit throaty now. LED interior light but only works when the door is closed, need to look at that! ha ha

Oil change, new plugs if the rain stops tomorrow?!
