Last Christmas 34 of us had an excellent Christmas meal and very enjoyable evening at our normal Club venue on the November Club Night. This year we thought we would get in early and make a Saturday evening booking so that even more members can attend. The restaurant can accommodate 60 people so with sufficient bookings we can have it to ourselves.  That's why I'm asking you to commit early and get it in your diaries.

Yes we will be doing a Secret Santa.  I will be putting a note out nearer the day explaining what we will be doing  and asking people to choose their menu options.

 Unfortunately, we have had to drop out of the Christmas Dinner.  I phoned Eric to let him know.

Our eldest son is in the Avon Fire Brigade and he lives in Cardiff.  Because of his shifts, the only weekend that we can get to see him before Christmas is, you've guessed it, the 10th December.  After that, we would have to wait until well into January and then take a chance with the weather.

We hope you all have a really great time, (which I'm sure you all will).
