    MX5 Specialists

As a newbie both to MX5s and to this site, I have a couple of questions for the other members in South Wales. Can any of you far more experienced MX5 fanatics recommend and specialists in our area? Who is good for servicing and who is good for wheel alignment?

I'm sure if I dig deep enough then I will find some answers, but instead I'm asking for your recommendations from your own experience. Thanks in advance Smile

Where too you by  bwtty? (as only us lot round here can say!)  There's a really good wheel aligner in Brackla/Litchard industrial estate, according to my mate. And I really need to get that done myself after the shocking state of my last few pairs of fronts.

I'll send some PMs around and see if I can raise any of the Clydach gang - at least 3 club members up there. One of them should have a good lead for you. ;o)

And of course Glenis, our joint Area Co-ordinator, I'm sure she will be able to help as well.

There are 3 members in Clydach???? Make that 4 then, that's where I am!!! I've seen a white Eunos around the village and there is a tidy Berkley for sale in Trebanos too.

Well come down the Grove a week tomorrow (9th Nov) and meet them all! The monthly area meeting is in the grove Golf Club just off the M4 on the way into Porthcawl (on the right just after you pass the Esso garage in south Cornelly).

If you want tea (usually about a fiver) the diners usually arrive about 7.30 and then we meet from about 8 onwards. We usually have a bit of a chat about events, then a quiz, then a big argument about which table won etc. It's always a good laugh and they are a really friendly bunch.

I'll certainly try and get down to the meetings, but I am 2-10 next week, so that plan is scuppered for now, but I'll meet you all soon enough Wink

    Re: MX5 Specialists

Taff Eunos on here is based in Porthcawl, he has done the servicing on my car since I've had it. I have no compliants with the service at all, you just have to be able to tolerate the miserable old bugger Wink lol. Jokes aside, he's a good chap and very helpful with seemingly all things MX5 related.

Welcome tothe club by the way.
