I've noticed that a couple of private messages have disappeared from my inbox.  I definitely haven't deleted them. I don't even know if they can be deleted.

It's particularly annoying because one had a telephone number in that I needed to refer to and one had some details I was given about my car before I bought it that I now don't have access to.

It's not the date filter just not showing them because I can see loads of messages much older than these two.

Have you any idea why that might have happened?

Sorry for the holding reply Betty but someone else reported this some time ago and we couldn't find an answer.

Hopefully Ramsay will be along soon to answer with more authority but IIRC his last reply was it's nigh-on impossible for anyone to get to PMs barring the sender and reciever so may just be a technical hiccup?

Oh, I'm sure there's nothing untoward in terms of people deleting them. I'm sure it's a technical issue.

Maybe related to the traumas of a few days ago?

The one from Robbie I noticed had dissapeared a couple of months ago but I don't know when the other one went as I've only just gone to find the phone number and noticed it had gone. It was definitely later though as the first one had disappeared before the second conversation took place.
