This year’s Cheshire and North Wales Christmas celebration is to be held on Saturday 1^st December 2012 at Cottons Hotel & Spa, Manchester Road, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 0SU, UK. The cost for the evening is £39 per person, which includes a three course choice of three dinner, a live singer & disco.

 Each year the Hotel has a theme, this years is Fire and Ice and the room will be decorated accordingly. The bar will be open from 7.15pm with dinner being served at 8pm prompt.  Followed by dancing until 1.00am.

·      ACCOMODATION £90 double room B&B; £75 single room B&B (18 Double & 4 Single rooms are available for booking from now until 31^st October 2012)

At present the venue has been booked for 50 people and a list of attendees needs to be sent to the hotel by 14th May 2012. Deposits of £10 per person are then payable directly to the hotel by 20^th May 2012 to reserve your place. This can be done by calling the event coordinator at Cottons, Debbie Crawfords on 01565 622131 or the hotel line of 01565 650333 quoting 1^st December  Mazda MX5 club. If Debbie is unavailable please leave a message and she will return your call. Alternatively, cheques can be sent to the hotel made payable to Shire Hotels.

Food and wine pre-order forms will be sent in September. These should be returned along with the final balance for the meal and full wine payment 6 weeks prior to the event.
