Rod and I would like to come along to our first Event since joining the OC and we look forward to seeing you all on what promises to be the first sunny Saturday for a while. This will make Rod get on with the various jobs on the car that he has promised to do for ages!

Right, I've just got to get Jacko off the jacks, tighten up the rear wheels, fit new gaiters on gear leaver and handbreak, then give him a wash and polish and finally off to the meeting point by 11.15.......

This will be the first run this year, and the first run with the rebuilt engine....... hope it goes ok, or the RAC will be getting a call

very sorry for not coming today but i've hurt both my left foot/ankle & and right knee so i'm having a lot of trouble walking, the painkillers are good but not good enough!

 Hi Helen...Just got of M3 and on are way to the meet point when we lost clutch hydraulics... so a big sorry as we were really looking forward to the fete.

Hope to make the I.O.W run.

Thanks to all those who came to the Fete, the sun shone, and it was great to see some new (and of course old!) faces :-)

Pete and Mandi - Sorry to hear about your clutch problems; hope they're repaired soon and that we'll soon see you at another meeting.

Sorry to hear of your problem on Saturday. We are based on Hayling Island too. If you need any advice on how to fix the clutch problem please just shout as I recently had to do that to Sue's MX5. Not difficult, just took time.

The Awbridge Fete was brilliant. Thank you all for making us so welcome on our first outing.

 Hi Rod and Sue...many thanks for the offer of help... we made it back home with no clutch hydraulics starting off in first on the starter and then changing gear with the correct rev's made for a interesting journey home....I changed the clutch slave and all is well now,hope to see you around.
