Hi everyone,

 As usual we shall be meeting at The Bridgehouse Hotel, Penkridge, Staffs. ST19 5AS. An area has been booked for those wishing to eat and the food will be served at 7.00pm and the meeting will commence at 8.00pm. After a recent meeting with the landlord of the pub, he has offered an improved menu including a carvery and other new options. The meal will all be offered at an increased price of £7.00 each, but should still be good value for money.

As most of you are aware, this is Dave B's last meeting before he emigrates to Spain and we hope most of you will be able to attend, so we can give him a real MXican send off!

Could we therefore kindly ask for prompt replies for those wishing to eat as well as those attending for a drink, just giving us ideas of numbers for seating. You can either reply here or by emailing me direct.

There's nothing like positivity Wendy........The only way I'm planning on getting rusty, is the colour of my skin from the rays!!!

That's great Phil, but the food is served at 7.00pm & the meeting starts at 8.00pm.

You'll soon recognise us all with our shirts as it's too hot for ponchos!

It looks like we've brought back the sunshine we found in Cornwall!

Thanks to all who turned up for a lovely evening. It was great to be able to have a chat outside with a little tyre kicking.

Best wishes to Dave B for the future and I'm sure we haven't seen the last of him.

Hopefully everyone was a little happier with the new food arrangements? Please let me know your comments.
