    '99 VS Limited

    The paintwork on my '97 Mk1 (which I'd owned for 9 years) was looking a little tired and I was minded to go for a full restoration. Then I stumbled across this beauty:

    1999 JDM VS Limited, imported 2009, and pretty well mint. Too good to pass over! So to whoever owned her before me, I salute you for keeping her in such fantastic condition. You'll be a hard act to follow, but I promise to do my best.

     Finally obtained a new tonneau cover in the correct shade of tan. A bit fiddly to fit, but it finishes off the car nicely when the roof is down.
