Seatbelt warnings! and Blyton.

     Went shopping at Lidl today. Short of space so placed 10 kg bag of basmati rice in passenger seat. Got couple of hundred yards and warning lights and bleeper come on. Takes a few seconds to register that ECU thinks rice is small pasenger so needs belting in for safety!!!

    Blyton was good fun. Only went at the last minute to get the record numbers up. Next year I'll get out on track. Well done to the organisers-- a third National??

    Happy to hear another new member who likes the look of track time. If you go to a couple of meetings in your local ares you may find others have been inspired to do a track day near to home.

    I'm sure someone can come up with a one liner about rice and the Mazda MX5......

    You could say that the seat belt warning light got itself into a paddy Big Smile
