In the vain hope that the rain might at least be perpendiciular to the ground instead of parallel to it, and as requested and suggested at the time we revisit the route of the Oktoberrun. A new flock of Blue Sheep may well be in evidence but hopefully somewhat drier than their forebears - but on the basis of this summer who knows?

Meet at the start point in Guiseley, Leeds before we set off on our 130 mile round trip up to and through the Yorkshire Dales National Park for a pub lunch in Ingleton before heading homeward through the Forest of Bowland toward Bronte country.

A lunch menu will be posted within this week with orders to be placed with Steve Y by 1700 hrs Thursday 19th July, but sooner if you can please.
