 By my reckoning that means that of the 5 million car owners that went to K. F. 3.3million of them returned to have so called brake defects resolved  lol 1.7million of them saw the light and went elsewhere.

 In yesterdays paper there was an article stating that Kwik Fit had done a survey and that 5million motorists are failing to get brake problems fixed, and that 1.7 million have known about it for a month and not done anything about it.
