Yes its one of many sheered off bolts as they were all pretty much rusted solid and the metal was soft as ***. Theres quite a big gap between the tray and the chassis rail so no way it can be trapping water against the chassis rail. When i took it to the dealer today the MOT department put it up on the ramps and ...

Yes good luck Rob you should have no problem returning it but what a shame and disappointment.
Can I ask, looking at your pics Rob, I can see, I think, where the undertray has been removed in the lower pic. Is that the broken bolt for it?
If so, how close does that tray fit, does it hide the rust hole and do you think it would hold water onto ...

No cam belt to do but even on sub 50K miles the car could be in any state re tyres and brakes.
Rust too, check carefully as pro painting is not cheap and if you want to keep it a good idea is to have ...

Ha ha yes wed done 50 miles though so not that. No big deal anyway :)

Yep, simplyred just posted about this :)

They sold it agreeing to fix the fault. How they do that is up to them, and best left to them as it may or may not be the cat anyway, so no need for you to insist on any particular part, just that it's fixed
