Are you driving straight off as soon as it starts?
I would suggest that the T2 sender is sending a false signal to the ECU, this will not show up in the diagnostics as the ECU looks for continuity as the sensor has a wide range. It's the green topped two pin one under the coil pack.
This controls the mixture on cold starts.

Sorry I should have been a little clearer, a smear of silicon grease around the outside edges of the connector boot to prevent ingress of nastiness.
I have also remembered a use for WD40 with the aid of a lighter it's quite good at burning of old cobwebs in the garage roof.
