  • A new venture - yes a new one!

     I see there is a 'new venture'edition.  main feature is silver rather than black wheels and a rather nice beige roof on the soft-top.  Beige leather interior rather than the brown, but a silver dash (which I don't like quite as much as the black)  from the pictures same sat nav as the 'old Venture'.  ...

     AAA in the small personal DAB in the car does last quite well.  I have a Pure One DAB Classic in the house which is run off the mains but has the optional battery pack so is on charge all the time - dont know how long they last.  I do know that DAB does tend to drain batteries.

     Agreed - the whole digital radio thing seems a bit of a mess with very few adopters in Europe of the UK DAB standard (although I see more UK DAB radios compatible with DAB + which may have more take up in Europe).

     Manual page 6-68 boot light has two settings Off - light off, ON - light on when boot is open. I take it from that that when the boot is shut the light is off!!

    Ref the boot interior light - me as well - I had no idea that it was 'manual' and assume it switches off when the boot is closed! Just past 12k miles - a wonderful car.
