I used Blitz Bodyshop in Fareham a couple of months ago to repair two very rusty sills. Very reasonable prices, can't really speak to quality but it looks ok to me.

There are two further relays hidden behind the first three.
Remove the forward most one (bumper side) and that will prevent the lamps popping up when sidelights are on.
