thanks for the tip on ratios, I have tinkered with that method - perhaps I need to refine that somewhat (and improve my driving technique!)

Well now, I'm hoping someone can enlighten me on gear ratio settings.
I have been tinkering around with these for ages now but don't seem to be getting too far not that I know what I'm doing really
I adjust for better acceleration, but then run out of steam too soon!
