When I bought my Miyako 3.5 new the pressures were very similar, I am lead to believe that the are inflated so high for storeage purposes so the tyres dont develope flat spots during storage and transport I would inflate the tyres to the correct pressure as soon as possible you will notice a geat difference, and let your dealer know of this ...

If your brakes need more effort have a look at the servo and the vac pipe from the inlet manfold you may have a vac leak.

Regarding the interior water leak it sounds like the scuttle screws are leaking you will have to remove the wiper arms, lift the bonnet and remove the black scuttle panel on ech side you will see one white plug ( the two outter screws)with a screw in it remove the screw and the white plug use clear sealant when you refit the plug and the ...

Don't forget you also get the body work inspection to keep up the anti corrosion warranty as far as I am aware the care does not use running in oil.I would ring round the dealer and get the best price as the dealer has to do a price match, something I learn't when I had my 3.5 serviced. saved over £60 each service.
