Just wanted to thank 2 Sharons for their photographic and editing skills on page 22/23 of this months mag. Sharon our editor and Sharon my wife for taking the pics. The Lotus factory trip sounds good. When we owned a caravan several moons ago, one of our members worked for Lotus and we had a look round courtesy of him. Very secretive, no cameras allowed etc but we did get to see new models. Seem to think it was v little cost 15 odd years ago, £20 sounds a lot each, or am I just being tight? Also ...

Martin, Funnily enough,when I was talking to the ambulance man at the safety briefing on 7/11, he said the work was due to finish in "early February". On that basis 19/2, which I'd also seen on the Focused site, seems possible. Subject to this pesky weather behaving enough to let the work take place of course...... Andy ...

I have to say thanks again to all concerned, I have been thinking about last Sunday all this week and I definitely do not want that to be my last time on a track, whether with Merlot or maybe my own Mk2.
