Yes I have sen those. Might be interested but they are in Cambridge. There were some with almos brand new tyres in Blackpool the other week, but I missed bidding because I was in mid flight!

Doers anyone know what type of wheel centres the Merlot had when rolled out of the factory please? Mine currently has the "bog seat" logo in a transparent plastic -- the sort Classic capsule sells. But I noticed at a show a lot of Mk 1's have the all silver centre with the same logo raised in relief. Just looking at getting this ...

Thanks for the information, sounds good. I noticed you searching around for caps. What did you end up with. Mine are the ones with the black & silver "toilet seat" logo on them but they are looking a bit tatty.   J

 Thanks for the replies. I was going to go  for OEM, but a few reviews I have read here and elsewhere  say they are poor quality.

 Anyone any up to date recommendations on floor mats for a Mk 1. Looking to spend up to £30 on some decent quality ones. I have looked on ebay but there is a confusing array, so any personal recommendation would be welcome.
