Sorry but another question, what insurance is required to participate on the track ?

I did go last year but not on the track (except the WR attempt) I did notice helmets last year but wanted to confirm the requirements.

 thanks for that - just one more question (for the moment).... I presume there is requirement for helmets to be worn ? if so what specification? ie open / closed etc? and what about overalls ? fire extinguishers etc

 Can we just book for open pit lane session or do we need to also book a novice/inter/adv too?
